Employee : Good morning, please take your sit
Customer : Thank you
Employee: Okay, lets start with introducing
yourself briefly!
Customer: Okay, my name is Fikri, I live in
Jl.Raya Bogor.
Employee: Can i help you, sir ?
Customer: Yes, of course. I want to complain
about the event and the facilities obtained. for the event as a whole is good,
but several times I hear the mic sound that is not good. and sometimes the
sound is not heard so much that I focus less on listening to the speaker
material. And for facilities I feel it is not good if the certificate is given
softcopy because participants must print first.
Employee: Fine, I will respond to your
complaint. First, regarding the mic, several times we have checked and
accidentally the condition of the mic is not good I apologize for the
inconvenience, do you have any ideas?
Customer: I have an idea, so that when the mic
sounds have problems and participants can still focus on listening to the
material, namely by providing e-modules. With the e-module, participants can
see the material and listen with focus even though the mic is having problems
Employee: good idea, I will convey your ideas
to our team, so that the next event can be even better.
Employee: Okay, thank you for the advice for
us, I really appreciate the criticism from the participants
